We are pleased to announce the opening of the Visitor Entrance at the east end (Loading Dock) side of the building. This entrance will primarily be used for visitors to the school and parents who have appointments with school personnel. Please note that this new entrance incorporates a security vestibule that will be staffed by security officers from 7:00 A.M. until 5:20 P.M.

On January 8, our students in grades 6 through 8 will attend an assembly from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm featuring guest speaker Thomas Grimes. His presentation will address a topic that carries real weight in the lives of young adolescents: the dangers tied to social media use.

On December 23, OMS will host a student volleyball game sponsored by the Middle School Student Council as a fun way to wrap up the school year before winter break. If your child would like to actively play, please be sure to complete the permission slip by December 19 and return it to Mr. Friedman.
