Dear Parents and/or Guardians,

Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year!  We would like to invite you to the MS/HS Open House on September 19th, from 6:00 to 8:30 P.M.  Parents will have the opportunity to meet their student’s teachers in order to learn about course curricula and teacher expectations.

We will be emailing you a copy of your child’s schedule for you to follow. We will run an A-day schedule. If your child is scheduled for a lab or study hall on that A day, then please see their B day teacher instead.  There will be ten minutes allotted to each period, with five minutes of passing time in between.  We will start promptly at 6:00 P.M.

Our Open House is a chance to meet the teachers and get an overview of the classes.  It is not the time for individual conferences.  Individual conferences will be held at the following times:

• November 5th from 3:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M. to 7:30 P.M.
• November 6th from 10:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.

We would like to encourage you to continue using the parent portal. Student grades, attendance, food services account information, transportation, etc. is available on the portal. If you have not established an account, information to obtain an account is available on our website under “Parent Resources.”

We look forward to seeing you at the Open House.  It is a great opportunity to meet your student's teachers and experience how their day flows at school.
